Welcome to the SCOR Symposium 2014
The SCOR executive board is excited about our symposium to be held at the Michigan League on Thursday, April 3, 2014. The SCOR Symposium is a multidisciplinary professional networking event presented by the Students of Color of Rackham. The theme for the upcoming conference is, " What Now? Moving Beyond the Conversation". Our focus with this symposium is to continue conversations about the intersections of race, gender, sexuality, class, immigration status, age, ability and religious affiliation. We seek to highlight the importance of this intersectionality as we continue to work towards a more inclusive university. Join us as we work to develop a concrete diversity plan based on work by student groups at this University to submit to the incoming President, Dr. Mark Schlissel.
